WELCOME

The magic of music happens both on stage and off. The most rewarding part of the journey is taking all possible musical paths to learn.

Callie Carmosino is a conductor, bassoonist, and flutist based in the Greater Boston Area. Callie received her Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance at Keene State College, and her Master's Degree in Instrumental Conducting, with a focus in Wind Band at the University of Central Missouri.  Callie has extensive experience in arts administration, and continuously searches for additional professional experience in that arena. ​She has performance experience as a bassoonist in the Winchendon Winds, Keene Chamber Orchestra, and Windham Philharmonic. Callie also has experience as a flutist in the Keene State College Flute Ensemble and The Currants, an ensemble dedicated to the performance of new music. She has had additional opportunities to conduct and coach ensembles at the college and university levels. ​Callie is working towards a professional career in the performing arts, which could include public, private, or non-profit sectors. She offers a unique, personable, and creative energy to discussions involving the visual and performing arts. With her innate leadership skills, Callie is dedicated to providing an environment that is diverse and inclusive to all. Currently, she serves as the Audience Services Manager at Keene State College where she oversees employees working daily events in the Music, Theatre and Dance departments, as well as community events that take place in the Redfern Arts Center.
